Welcome to a new school year!  I feel very honored and proud to be part of the Rolling Ridge family.  The warm welcomes from the students, staff, and families has made me feel right at home!  I am very lucky to be part of this community.

I am coming to Rolling Ridge from a split assistant principal assignment last year between Hidden Trails and Litel Elementary Schools.  Prior to that I worked in Long Beach Unified School district.  I started my educational career by teaching 5th grade.  After that, I became specialist in a few different areas.  I have been a technology specialist, a literacy specialist, and most recently a Program Facilitator.  As a Program Facilitator, I was responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including managing budgets, student interventions, facilitating school site committees, and assisting in supporting effective classroom instruction. 

Some of my responsibilities at Rolling Ridge include serving as the GATE coordinator, EL coordinator, and testing coordinator.  If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.

It is obvious to me that the Rolling Ridge community has a strong commitment to increasing student achievement and I am excited to be a part of this commitment. 

As I stated earlier, I am proud to be part of this team and excited to see our students excel!
